WHO AM I?
Thank you for visiting! I’m Alex and I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in Perth. My goal is to create beautiful and authentic portraits that show who you really are. I like to keep things simple and most of all to have fun!
I graduated from the University of the Arts in Berlin (UDK) in 2006 and moved to Australia that year to start a job in the corporate world (at one of the big consulting firms). I have always enjoyed photography more than anything else, and have been involved in a number of personal projects, but I never saw it as a possible career until I got asked to photograph my friend’s wedding in 2008. That day was the beginning of a magical journey. I started my photography business in 2009 and two years later I quit my corporate job to devote myself to my business and raising my two little girls.
A random fact about me – I’ve lived in Australia, Germany and Russia for over 10 years each, and I’m excited to see which country will be next on the list!

– Traveling and exploring new places (I can’t help it – I’m constantly looking for locations for my next photoshoot!)
– The great outdoors and the beaches
IN MY BAG:
I shoot with a Canon R5 and 5D Mark III, Canon 24-70 2.8, Canon 135 2.0 and Canon 50 1.2.
